I met Liz about 5 years ago when she started teaching yin classes at Flex studios. I have enjoyed her classes ever since. Yin, Vinyasa, Bikram, Barre, Hot Pilates all the classes were so good. Going through the questionnaire and discovering the imbalances, have helped me better understand my body and which foods or asanas are good or bad for me.
